Project: PLAYGROUND
Ok…the single biggest event of the year is behind us now!
Yesterday was one of the most incredible days I have ever had serving the Lord. We had volunteers from Churches all over the area, as well as volunteers from CSX Transportation and General George Patton School and Shine 89.7FM. I am waiting final counts from CSX but it appears that we had just over 300 people in Riverdale serving the community.
We had people from Lorimer Baptist Church in Dolton, Living Water Community Church in Bolingbrook, and Oak Brook Community Church in Oak Brook all sacrificing their own church events and valuable time. I am simply in awe of all that was accomplished in one day.
