Things are good
We are having such a great turn out for our second new member group of the year. This group is really large and we are having a great time with each other as we meet. The awesome thing about this group is that about half are new to the church and the other half have been here for years but now they are ready to officially become members! It is always a great time when we make a commitment to be an active part of a ministry.
Also, in our football league it is looking as if I could pull this week out with a win even though Brees almost set me back for the start of the season. The bad part is that it looks like Division 2 is going to be the toughest division in our league and of course that is the division I am in!!!
Next week promises to be a big weekend! We have the recording at CLC for Atmosphere Of Heaven on Friday night and then another dedication service on Sunday. This Sunday we will be having 3 services back to back with 2 here and one over at the old church building immediately following our second service. This means we need an extra push from everyone as we have a 9am, 11am and 1pm service with a cook-out to follow! I know this will be a stretch for us but I think it is a sign of where God is moving us. I believe that we will be doing a multi-site set up in the very near future so get ready!!!
