Unity through Diversity…
Last night Camille and I attended a brainstorming session for the diversity dinners held in South Holland. I don’t know if it is just me but I do not think that diversity is as much of an issue for my generation and younger. I don’t see people in terms of color or race…I just enjoy having fun with anyone that will have fun! I think moving forward it will be important that the younger couples and families participate in these kinds of events so that we can help spread our attitude of inclusion and tolerance to the ones that are still struggling through this issue!
I want it known that I am calling for everyone to participate and let’s really show and value our unity through our diversity!!!
